Consultation and Proposal
Our consultation is a complete review of your home, inside and out. Our staging professional will meet with you and discuss your goals; expectations and how to receive the maximum return on investment for your home improvement dollars.  We will go over our 8-step, home staging process while walking through the home as a buyer would and gathering those all-important “first impressions” that either draw buyers in or leave them disenchanted.  Your staging professional will discuss your home’s best features, as well as trouble spots, and provide you with simple and affordable solutions.  If time allows, I will visually give you a quick demonstration of the difference home staging makes by transforming a room in your home. We will end with a proposal based upon the amount of work needed in order to gain a speedy sale and the highest dollar amount for your home. 

“Top Ten”  Priority Report 
This customized report is for the home that is well on its way to being staged and just needs a little extra attention.  We will visit your home and create a plan for you focusing on the top ten things you, as the homeowner, can do right away to increase value and sell the home quickly. 

Half Day Staging  
This service is for homes that just need a little extra attention and expertise.  A  Jones Home Staging By Design consultant will be working off a detailed walk-through sheet that will be given to the Home Seller in order to complete the transformations.  We will spend approximately 4 hours making dramatic transformations to the main areas of the home focusing on priority.  We will bring in accessories in order to complete the look of each room giving you a visual of what you may need to purchase.  For your agent’s marketing efforts we will provide photos of your newly-staged space.  This service works best for homes less than 2,000 sq. feet.   

Full Day Staging 
Designed for those homes requiring a little more attention or are over 2000 square feet, we spend up to 8 hours making dramatic transformations to the priority areas of your home.  We bring in accessories which provide you with visuals of what purchases you can make to achieve the same “show stopping” results.  Your customized Action Plan is provided to you at the end of the staging day in order to complete any recommended transformations.  Included are beautiful photos for your real estate agent’s marketing campaign.  You won’t believe the difference a full day can make!  

New Listing or Open House Staging 
This service is perfect for the house that is just about to go on to the market OR have an Open House in order to make a great first impression.  Remember 1st Impressions are Lasting Impressions” . Jones Home Staging By Design believes that in order to achieve an expedient sale and top dollar for your investment, all homes should under go a complete home staging transformation before being listed.  Dramatic photos are included for use by your agent.  To ensure that your first impression is a memorable and lasting one, let our professionals spend two full days prior to the scheduled weekend transforming your space into a warm and inviting place that everyone will want to call home!
